Sid hosted 'High Tea with Sourav Ganguly' at Lord's - sitting down with the legendary cricket captain and former BCCI President for an hour-long exclusive.

Sid was once again part of the Judging Panel at the Broadcast Sport Awards - involved in judging three categories. He also presented Alex Jacques with the "Sports Commentator of the Year" Award for his coverage of F1 on Channel 4.

It has been announced that Sid will form part of the judging panel at the inaugural Broadcast Sport Awards 2021.

Inside Star and Disney India's IPL Broadcast Operation: Sid will host a fireside chat with former colleague and Head of Sports at Star and Disney India, Sanjog Gupta - at the SPortsPro APAC Summit 2021.

Sid kicked things off at Day 1 of SportsPro Live with a Tech Forum panel with Andreas Heyden (DFL) and Simon Frost (Amazon Web Services), discussing the groundbreaking partnership between the DFL and AWS around NextGen stats, xGoals, average positions & hyperpersonalisation.

Sid returned to the SportsPro Insider Series – to moderate a panel on the “Future of Broadcast Technology and the User Experience” with Peter Scott (WarnerMedia), Justin Hoyman (FloSports), and Eric Bolten (Zixi).

Sid hosted Ian Singleton from BBC Sport and Sébastien Audoux from Canal+ for the SportsPro Insider Series. The panel focused on how broadcasters are approaching content in the absence of live sport.

Sid has been selected by the AIPS (International Sport Press Association) as one of the ‘Top 15 Sport Broadcast Reporters’ under 30 in the world for 2019.

Sid will host and moderate a number of panel discussions at the SportsPro OTT Summit in Madrid, on the 20th and 21st of November. 

Sid has been selected by the Sport Industry Group as one of the ’30 under 30’ #SINextGen Leaders for 2020. 

Sid was joined by CBS Sports' all-star Champions League Today lineup feat. Kate Abdo, Thierry Henry and Micah Richards in Las Vegas, ahead of Super Bowl LVIII - discussing all things NFL.

Sid was at the State Farm Stadium at Super Bowl LVII with Decyfr Sport - as the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Philadelphia Eagles in Glendale, Arizona. 

Sid got an exclusive interview with IOC President Thomas Bach, and asked him about FIFA's planned biennial World Cup. 

Sid has been drafted in by BBC Sport to work on their coverage of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games - across all 19 days of broadcast. 

Sid will host a fireside chat with Yiannis Exarchos - Chief Executive of Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) and Executive Director of the Olympic Channel at SprtsPro Live 2021 - discussing all things Tokyo 2020. 

On rolled Day 2 of the SportsPro OTT Summit as Sid moderated a panel on 'Optimising Regional Sport Broadcast' with Declan McBennett (RTÉ Sport), Guillaume Collard (Eleven Sports) and Andrej Miklánek (T-Mobile/ Slovak Telekom). 

Sid successfully graduated with distinction from the first-ever Open Edition of the UEFA Certificate in Football Management (CFM). In doing so, he becomes the first sports broadcaster to hold the prestigious diploma - issued by UEFA Academy and the University of Lausanne (IDHEAP). 

The third and final episode of Talking Sport featured a fascinating discussion about sport governance with Lord Sebastien Coe (World Athletics), Alberto Colombo (European Leagues), Michael Cole (European Tour) and Michael Cunnah (iSportconnect).

Sid is the new presenter of “Talking Sport” - the highly-successful web series powered by Eleven Sports and iSportconnect. The first episode focussed on sport broadcast rights, with Marc Watson (Eleven Sports), Lucas von Cranach (OneFootball), Dhaval Ponda (TATA Communications), and Andy Goldberg (CBS Sports).

5G and the Future of Sport Broadcast was on the Agenda at Day 1 of the SportsPro OTT Summit 2020. Sid chaired a panel with Matt Stagg (BT Sport), Darren Lepke (Verizon Media) and Eric Bolten (Zixi).

Day 2 of SportsPro Live featured Sid moderating an in-depth discussion on the role of Remote Broadcast and AI in sport production. The panel featured Jamie Hindhaugh (BT Sport), Gareth Capon (Grabyo), and David Arroyo (MotoGP).

The second episode of Talking Sport featured a discussion on Sport and Sustainability – with Ali Russell (Extreme E), Henry Staelens (Forest Green Rovers), Peter Thomas (Accenture), and Mike Penrose (The Sustainability Group).

Sid hosted Julian Tan from F1, Amanda Lawson from Gfinity, and Victoria Cotton from BBC Sport, for SVG Europe’s eSports Focus event. The event concluded with a panel discussion on how Esports has become an engaging linear TV and OTT property during lockdown.

Sid will chair a panel at the Broadcast Sport Tech Innovation Forum on 14th November at the BT Sport studios in Stratford.
